Precautions for use

Please use on smooth and even road surfaces. Require that the road surface is free of potholes and obstacles. There are no foreign objects such as iron slag, stones, sand, etc.

- The rated load capacity of the tractor is 10 tons, with a limit of 12 tons. The configuration of the rear two skates must be about twice the capacity of the front car. - Strictly prohibited: Turning in place under heavy loads may seriously damage the transmission system.

Operation button instructions
- Front panel of electric control box. There is a charging port on the left, and the charger is connected to 220-230V mains power. There is an electricity meter on the right. - One handed remote control. It is a push rod operation method. The small horizontal button in the middle is a switch. Press to open during use, and press to close after use. Operation method
1)Use lifting tools(Like the crowbar or Toe Jack) to lift the equipment and place three machinery skates under the equipment.
When place the three machinery skates please be attention: Check the protrusions of the equipment and do not obstruct the walking route of the transport vehicle. and cannot harm the electronic control box because of the protrusions.
- Be sure to expose the electrical control box outside the equipment. And carefully observe to prevent the electric control box from being damaged by other protruding objects during rotation.
- Observe the condition of the equipment and environment again, check the connection and placement of the skates unit, confirm everything is normal, and then place the power switch of the electric control box in the open position. At this time, the electricity meter on the electronic control box lights up (blue light), and remote control operation can be carried out. Observe the operation of tank vehicles (equipment). According to the weight of the heavy object, choose the appropriate operating speed. It is usually recommended to choose a speed of less than 4 meters per minute, and the heavier the weight, the lower the speed.
Initial running in
The operator can first operate the skates without load to master and familiarize themselves with the operating methods. During initial use, full load use is prohibited. Start using low tonnage and gradually increase the usage tonnage. For example, start using 5 tons for more than an hour. Use another 10 tons for more than an hour. Use another 15 tons for more than an hour. When carrying 5-6 tons, using more time is most beneficial for running in.
Inspection, maintenance and upkeep
- Regularly check screws, especially motor screws and reducer screws, for looseness. If there any clamping or wear on the cable.

Several Improper Operations
