Product Introduction
This product is called Battery-powered remote control machinery skates, which is a handling tool used for short distance transportation of heavy objects such as equipment. The whole set of skates consists of one tractor and two fixed skates. When in use, place three vehicles under the equipment (using other lifting tools such as crowbar or lifting jacks to achieve lifting up) and remotely operate the mobile equipment. It has the characteristics of saving time, effort, and safety.
The skates adopts a three-point layout, which is scientifically reasonable and can effectively prevent conventional heavy objects from slipping.                
Security Warning

1. The electronic control box is equipped with a built-in lithium battery. Lithium batteries are a common product in our daily lives. Please comply with the safety regulations of the lithium battery industry when using them.
2. Do not invert the electronic control box. The electronic control box is equipped with a lithium battery. Do not hit or smash the electronic control box, and do not expose it to direct sunlight. Do not use it in high temperature environments exceeding 38 degrees Celsius, as these behaviours can easily lead to dangerous situations.
3. Please do not use on uneven or rough surfaces, potholes, or other unfavourable surfaces as it may damage the tank vehicle.
4. Please note that there should be no obstacles in front of the route. If there are obstacles on the road, one or two of the three tank vehicles may detach from the heavy object, which may cause the equipment to tip over.
5. Cannot be carried on sloping ground. This may cause the device to tip over.
6. Do not handle equipment or heavy objects with unstable center of gravity, such as those that are too high or too narrow. This may cause the device to tip over.
7. During use, please pay attention to adjusting the speed and choose the appropriate handling speed based on the shape, canter of gravity, and weight of the heavy object being transported. The speed should not be too fast. When there is still a certain distance from the destination, please slowdown in advance to slow down the equipment. If the equipment suddenly stops without slowing down when reaching the destination, it can cause inertia to rush forward, leading to danger.
8. Due to inertia, after releasing the forward, backward, left, and right turn buttons on the remote control, the system will still run a certain distance of inertia. Please evaluate and reserve a safe distance in advance to prevent collisions between equipment and other objects.
9. Please stay away from residential areas, high-value items, and flammable materials when charging. The same applies to the skates storage.

Precautions for use
Please try not to use this product under extreme circumstances as it may damage the machine.
Please use on smooth and even road surfaces. Require that the road surface is free of potholes and obstacles. There are no foreign objects such as iron slag, stones, sand, etc.

1. Please do not use in acidic, alkaline or saline environments.
2. Please do not use on rainy or muddy roads
3. Please use in an environment between 0 and 38 degrees Celsius. Please do not use in skates in zero temperature environments. Please do not use in higher temperature environments.
4. When not in use for a long time, please charge the battery once a month. Remove the charger after it is fully charged to prevent overcharging.
5. Please use the original three parts of machinery skates for simultaneous transportation, and the two fixed skates must be connected in series with poles. Do not mix and match other skates. If you need to strengthen the rear skates, please consult the factory. It cannot be increased to 4 or more units for joint use, nor can it be reduced to 2 units for joint use.
6. When in use, the operator is in the towing position. The other two skates are manned to constantly monitor the operation of the equipment.
7. After use, please put the power switch in the off state.
8. The rated load capacity of the tractor is 10 tons, with a limit of 12 tons. The configuration of the rear two skates must be about twice the capacity of the front car. If the configuration of the rear skates is equal to the capacity of the front car, it cannot work. The carrying capacity of the rear skates cannot be less than that of the towing tractor. If the load-bearing capacity of the rear skates is weaker than that of the front tractor, it will cause the front vehicle to overload! When handling heavy objects of 15-20 tons during use, the rear two skates can be moved forward to one-third of the weight. If handling heavy objects of 20 tons or more, this must be done.
9. Turning in place under heavy loads; Long term full load use; Long term overloaded use; Rough ground use; Use on uneven surfaces,will shorten the lifespan of the wheels, cause wheel damage or delamination, and in severe cases, cause wheel damage and scrapping on the spot.
10. If turning at high speed in place under load conditions, it may burn out the motor and electrical appliances.
11. Turning in place can cause serious damage to the wheels. If turning in place, please use jogging to protect the motor and electrical components. Try to turn while walking and avoid turning in place as much as possible. If you have to turn in place, it is recommended that the load does not exceed 15 tons.
12. Strictly prohibited: Turning in place under heavy loads may seriously damage the transmission system.

(The operation method of turning in place on the remote control is to toggle the forward (or backward) lever, and when the heavy object has not yet moved, toggle the steering lever to turn.)

Operation button instructions

1. Front panel of electric control box. There is a charging port on the left, and the charger is connected to 220-230V mains power. There is an electricity meter on the right. There is a red power switch on the right end. Rotate the handle clockwise to turn on the power and make sure to turn off the power after use.
2. One handed remote control. It is a push rod operation method. The small horizontal button in the middle is a switch. Press to open during use, and press to close after use. Pushing the push rod can achieve front, rear, left, and right turns. Note that when pushing the push rod, please proceed slowly and not too quickly. There is a button behind the remote control that is the cruise control switch.

Operation method

1)Use lifting tools(Like the crowbar or Toe Jack) to lift the equipment and place three machinery skates under the equipment.
When place the three machinery skates please be attention: Check the protrusions of the equipment and do not obstruct the walking route of the transport vehicle. and cannot harm the electronic control box because of the protrusions.

1. Be sure to expose the electrical control box outside the equipment. And carefully observe to prevent the electric control box from being damaged by other protruding objects during rotation.

1. Observe the condition of the equipment and environment again, check the connection and placement of the skates unit, confirm everything is normal, and then place the power switch of the electric control box in the open position. At this time, the electricity meter on the electronic control box lights up (blue light), and remote control operation can be carried out. Observe the operation of tank vehicles (equipment). According to the weight of the heavy object, choose the appropriate operating speed. It is usually recommended to choose a speed of less than 4 meters per minute, and the heavier the weight, the lower the speed.

Initial running in
The operator can first operate the skates without load to master and familiarize themselves with the operating methods. During initial use, full load use is prohibited. Start using low tonnage and gradually increase the usage tonnage. For example, start using 5 tons for more than an hour. Use another 10 tons for more than an hour. Use another 15 tons for more than an hour. When carrying 5-6 tons, using more time is most beneficial for running in.

Inspection, maintenance and upkeep

1. Regularly check screws, especially motor screws and reducer screws, for looseness. If there any clamping or wear on the cable.
2. Open the gearbox cover every month, check and add grease (if there is a lack of oil on the gears). Warning: When the motor is running, it is strictly prohibited for people to touch the gears with their hands.
3. Before each use, please check whether the wheels are normal, such as whether there is any wear or delamination.

              Several Improper Operations

1. The heavy object being transported undergoes deformation due to the action of gravity during the transportation process, which presses against the frame of the machinery skates. At this time, the skates will not move or turn. If the power system is strong at this time, forcing the drive wheels to run will cause the wheel to bite the ground, causing damage to the wheel adhesive layer, and even reaching the level of scrapping. This belongs to improper use.
2. If the heavy object only presses a part of the tractor's turntable, for example, only half of the distance from the central axis, it will cause serious overloading of the tank, with serious consequences. Originally, the 8 wheels of the tractor were subjected to force, but now 4 wheels are subjected to force, causing them to detach. If the adhesive layer falls off, it cannot be used again. If continued use, there may be a risk of shaft breakage. This belongs to improper use.
3. There is a type of asphalt gravel ground that is sharp or rough. If used on it, it will seriously damage the wheel adhesive layer. If turning on this kind of ground, it will damage the wheels.
4. The maximum carrying capacity of the tractor is 12 tons. If transporting 30 tons on a flat and smooth ground, the standard rear two skates needs to be placed at one-third of the equipment position to allow the rear skates to bear more weight. Never work continuously for more than 20 minutes when fully loaded, as fully loaded use can easily damage the vehicle. Also, do not use it at full load for a long time. Fully load is 30tons.
5. The machine skates has a small structure and a very low chassis. If the ground is uneven or there are potholes, it is easy to cause grounding or wheel overload, which can damage the skate.
6. When turning, pay close attention to the steering angle and immediately release the steering button once the steering angle is reached.
7. If the ground is uneven. Turning 360 ° in place may result in the wheel adhesive layer being bitten off by the ground. The severity requires changing the wheels.
8. If operated at a full load of 30 tons for a long time, it is easy to damage the skates, resulting in component damage and shortened lifespan. If used on rough or uneven surfaces, even if not fully loaded, it can damage the skates, cause component damage, and shorten its lifespan.
9. It's best to turn while walking to avoid damaging the skates. If turning while stationary, it can be very damaging to the car. For example, turning in place with a load of 30 tons can cause serious damage and delamination of the wheels.
10. When used in an ambient temperature of 38 ° C, the entire system will generate heat, including the frame steel plate and wheels (the system heat cannot be effectively dissipated into the environment). This is not a quality issue. When used at an ambient temperature of 5-20° C, the system's heat will be well dissipated into the environment.
