Security Warning

  4. Please note that there should be no obstacles in front of the route. If there are obstacles on the road, one or two of the three tank vehicles may detach from the heavy object, which may cause the equipment to tip over.
  5. Cannot be carried on sloping ground. This may cause the device to tip over.
  6. Do not handle equipment or heavy objects with unstable center of gravity, such as those that are too high or too narrow. This may cause the device to tip over.
  7. During use, please pay attention to adjusting the speed and choose the appropriate handling speed based on the shape, canter of gravity, and weight of the heavy object being transported. The speed should not be too fast. When there is still a certain distance from the destination, please slowdown in advance to slow down the equipment. If the equipment suddenly stops without slowing down when reaching the destination, it can cause inertia to rush forward, leading to danger.
  8. Due to inertia, after releasing the forward, backward, left, and right turn buttons on the remote control, the system will still run a certain distance of inertia. Please evaluate and reserve a safe distance in advance to prevent collisions between equipment and other objects.
  9. Please stay away from residential areas, high-value items, and flammable materials when charging. The same applies to the skates storage.
Precautions for use
Please try not to use this product under extreme circumstances as it may damage the machine.
Please use on smooth and even road surfaces. Require that the road surface is free of potholes and obstacles. There are no foreign objects such as iron slag, stones, sand, etc.
  1. Please do not use in acidic, alkaline or saline environments.
  2. Please do not use on rainy or muddy roads
  3. Please use in an environment between 0 and 38 degrees Celsius. Please do not use in skates in zero temperature environments. Please do not use in higher temperature environments.
  4. When not in use for a long time, please charge the battery once a month. Remove the charger after it is fully charged to prevent overcharging.
  5. Please use the original three parts of machinery skates for simultaneous transportation, and the two fixed skates must be connected in series with poles. Do not mix and match other skates. If you need to strengthen the rear skates, please consult the factory. It cannot be increased to 4 or more units for joint use, nor can it be reduced to 2 units for joint use.
  6. When in use, the operator is in the towing position. The other two skates are manned to constantly monitor the operation of the equipment.
  7. After use, please put the power switch in the off state.
  8. The rated load capacity of the tractor is 10 tons, with a limit of 12 tons. The configuration of the rear two skates must be about twice the capacity of the front car. If the configuration of the rear skates is equal to the capacity of the front car, it cannot work. The carrying capacity of the rear skates cannot be less than that of the towing tractor. If the load-bearing capacity of the rear skates is weaker than that of the front tractor, it will cause the front vehicle to overload! When handling heavy objects of 15-20 tons during use, the rear two skates can be moved forward to one-third of the weight. If handling heavy objects of 20 tons or more, this must be done.
  9. Turning in place under heavy loads; Long term full load use; Long term overloaded use; Rough ground use; Use on uneven surfaces,will shorten the lifespan of the wheels, cause wheel damage or delamination, and in severe cases, cause wheel damage and scrapping on the spot.
  10. If turning at high speed in place under load conditions, it may burn out the motor and electrical appliances.
  11. Turning in place can cause serious damage to the wheels. If turning in place, please use jogging to protect the motor and electrical components. Try to turn while walking and avoid turning in place as much as possible. If you have to turn in place, it is recommended that the load does not exceed 15 tons.
  12. Strictly prohibited: Turning in place under heavy loads may seriously damage the transmission system.
(The operation method of turning in place on the remote control is to toggle the forward (or backward) lever, and when the heavy object has not yet moved, toggle the steering lever to turn.)

Operation button instructions
  1. Front panel of electric control box. There is a charging port on the left, and the charger is connected to 220-230V mains power. There is an electricity meter on the right. There is a red power switch on the right end. Rotate the handle clockwise to turn on the power and make sure to turn off the power after use.
  2. One handed remote control. It is a push rod operation method. The small horizontal button in the middle is a switch. Press to open during use, and press to close after use. Pushing the push rod can achieve front, rear, left, and right turns. Note that when pushing the push rod, please proceed slowly and not too quickly. There is a button behind the remote control that is the cruise control switch.
